Description
At our Canterbury based brewery & taproom we make hop-forward, delicious, flavourful beer, brewed with the finest ingredients; beer that makes people smile, liquid sunshine, to be enjoyed with friends, family or whoever makes you you.

We wanted to create a community driven brewery building a culture that does well and does good, holding charity events to support the community in which we work. We will endeavour to grow slowly, create an environment of employment that educates and is enjoyable to work in and, like our beer, we will never be rushed. Our beer is unfiltered for the utmost flavour, always vegan and best enjoyed fresh.

440ml can: BB 20th Aug 2021. Drank at home on 4th Jul 2021. Hazy light amber, soft white foam on top. Expected more of an aroma given the hop list; just a mini-hint of citrus fruits for me in the nose; and the taste for that matter! A little disappointed given the cost of the can.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. First beer I’ve tried from this brewery. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy, white head. Moderately sweet, rich hops, a little powder, tangerine, oat, mango, melon, lemon rind. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light rindy bitterness to finish, nips of pale bread, pine needles, more citrus. Tasty stuff.

Can ordered from Hoppily. Aroma has grassy spicy edge to soft stone fruit and citrus. Hazy pale light orange. Frothy if blotchy white head. Light-medium bitter. Citrus. Spice. Those crunchy fried onions you put on yer dawgs. A bit of tang to it. And certainly a malty base. Medium-heavy bodied. Creamy pithy mouthfeel. Average prickly carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Easy going, easy drinking IPA. And the names quite fitting. Soft but strong enough to put me to sleep after a shitty work week.
