Our Story:
To us, The X represents and is about crossing paths, coming to a juncture and ending up where you want to be.
We are a patchwork of professional brewers, and beer lovers who had too often asked ourselves, If I wasn’t doing what I am doing now, what would I be doing?
To us, life is about being where you want to be, not where you have to be.
We are a team that has put our best efforts forward to produce great clean beer, provide an unparalleled brewery experience, and contribute to the greater wellbeing of community.
A reason, a season, or a lifetime. You’ll find it at Brewery X.

29th June 2024, 'Shakesbeer Festival' Dana Point, on tap. Pale golden pour, clean and clear, on top a small wispy white affair. Not a lot going on aroma or taste wise, but it was refreshing in the afternoon sun.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Cracker and citrus aromas. Soft with cracker, biscuit and mild lemon front to back. Lasting earthy citrus finish.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is grass/spice with some light bready support. Med body - almost creamy texture. Flavor is grass/spice with some crackery malt support. Dry. Moderately bitter. I could use more hop, but it's good.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a decent white head. Aroma is apricot with a spice note. Med body. Flavor is mostly apricot - to include skin - but there are banana and spice notes. Somehow I'm not really getting wheat for a long time. Apricot skin is pretty pesistent.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear gold with a moderate foamy white head. Aroma of watermelon, not to exclude rind. Arguably med body. Flavor is watermelon with a touch of rind, and something suggesting a bitten seed. Wheat is present, but not prominent. Refreshing it is. Otherwise ....

Can (10/13/23) pour from Valley Beverage. Cloudy dark yellow with nice sparkle, decent head w/fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is fruit, pineapple rind, mild cracker. Taste follows aroma with mild bitterness. Smooth texture w/average carbonation and finish as taste. God strength and fair complexity.
