Our Story:
To us, The X represents and is about crossing paths, coming to a juncture and ending up where you want to be.
We are a patchwork of professional brewers, and beer lovers who had too often asked ourselves, If I wasn’t doing what I am doing now, what would I be doing?
To us, life is about being where you want to be, not where you have to be.
We are a team that has put our best efforts forward to produce great clean beer, provide an unparalleled brewery experience, and contribute to the greater wellbeing of community.
A reason, a season, or a lifetime. You’ll find it at Brewery X.

US Pint can drank during the Super Bowl, 13th February 2022 while at my daughters. Mini-haze to the golden body, decent white affair on top. Citrussy nose and taste, the Nelson hops being overpowered (initially) by the Citra ones, or maybe joining in with the citrus aromas and flavours, their subtle grape like features not really coming through, although they may well have tempered down the citrus hoppiness towards the finish.

5oz pour on a flight at The Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano on 1st February 2022. Hazy, dirty yellow body, snow white blanket of foam on top. Hoppy with a citrussy leaning in both the nose and taste, not too bitter though.

US Pint can, tattoo style design, very colourful. Drank at my daughters in Laguna Hills on 2nd February 2022. Cloudy dull orange body, white head. Citrussy from start to finish with a fairly hop bitter undertone throughout. Decent.

US Pint. on-tap at Trevor's on the Tracks, San Juan Capistrano on 27th January 2022. Came very cold, it's an almost clear light golden/straw blonde colour, on top a white foaming head. All a bit subtle aroma and taste wise (might have been it's temp that killed everything), came across as bland to be honest.

Part of a flight on 18th January 2022 in the San Juan Capistrano Selma's Chicago Pizzeria & Taproom. Hazed, light golden body, thin white crust on top. Citrussy nose and taste, dry finish, it's fine, but not great.

US Pint can at my daughters on 14th January 2022, sat in the afternoon sun. Hazed pale yellow body, white head. There is a Mango theme running through this fruity IPA, semi-sweet and pleasant.

16oz can at my daughters in Laguna Hills, California on 4th January 2022. Hazy dull yellow body, white head. Slick, smooth fruit smoothie with a large dollop of citrussy goodness, this is semi-sweet with tropical fruits to the fore. Nice!

US Pint on-tap in some random Fish Restaurant in Newport Beach, California and 27th December 2021. Was expecting a crystal clear beer but got a misty one, not very Bohemian at all, it was citrussy too; not sure it was in fact the correct beer I'd ordered. Having checked various photos on other websites it does appear to change body colour from clear to cloudy, so I've rated it as it is. Went well with my Cod Taco's.
