Our Story:

To us, The X represents and is about crossing paths, coming to a juncture and ending up where you want to be.

We are a patchwork of professional brewers, and beer lovers who had too often asked ourselves, If I wasn’t doing what I am doing now, what would I be doing?

To us, life is about being where you want to be, not where you have to be.

We are a team that has put our best efforts forward to produce great clean beer, provide an unparalleled brewery experience, and contribute to the greater wellbeing of community.

On tap at Stadium Brewery on 13th Dec 2019. Slight haze to the golden/amber body, off-white crown. Dank and resinous hops rule the roost here, in both the aroma and fairly bitter taste. Shared the pint with my son.

Part of a flight in the Stadium Brewery, California on 13th Dec 2019. Light golden body, clean and clear, wispy white head. Plenty of tropical fruit esters in the nose and tons of fruitiness in the taste/flavour too. A very drinkable fruit cocktail with a light bitterness and a semi-sweet undertone.
