Cask handpull at The Foundry Canterbury. Clear pure gold colour lasting white head. Lime and almost Germanic hops on the aroma. Certainly different and interesting in the flavour. It’s a pale ale with the slightly metallic green hop flavour. Decent hop. Interesting and likeable if you put a bit of effort into it

Cask gravity at Firkin Ale House Folkestone. Clear amber thin collar of white bubbles. Hoppy aroma. Yes that lovely metallic green hop oil flavour. Dryish on the finish. Very drinkable and belies the 6% abv. Good

On tap at Foundry Canterbury. Pale gold lasting white head. like a Czech pilsner but then fades later. Good hop though.

From cask. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toffee malty and roasted. Mild fruity, peachy and mild grapefruity. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy finish.

Cask handpull at The Foundry Canterbury. Reddish russet colour with a slight haze. Some fruit, some rye, some good hop on the finish. Like it’s bigger brother but more of a session beer. Slightly toned down but still full of flavour.

Cask @ The Foundry. Unclear orange body with a nice off-white head. Pleasant aroma of hay, flowers and perfume. Flavor is mild malty, spicy, fruity and floral. Fine balanced body with a delicate aftertaste leaving just enough bitterness at the end. A truly fine and style appropriate Saison.

Cask @ The Foundry. Slightly hazy golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma has refreshing citric fruit and not so much more. Flavor is refreshing, pale malt, citric fruit and pleasant bitterness. Medium body and pleasant fruity bitter aftertaste. Easy going, refreshing thirst quencher with a pleasant fruity bitter flavor. Nothing really specially, but well balanced and pleasent.

Keg, as Punch IPA @ The Foundry. Slightly hazy golden body with a small off-white head. Aroma has malt and caramel with a hint of butterscotch. Flavor is pale malt, fruity, moderate bitterness and slightly sour, probably from a light infection. Medium body and aftertaste. Drinkable but not to impressive.

Cask @ The Foundry. Clear amber body with a small to medium sized beige head. Pleasant, mild aroma of rye and fruity hops. Flavor is sweet, smooth malty, some toast, fruity and quite bitter. Medium body and a pleasant bitter aftertaste. Another nice and tasty thirst-quencher from the Foundry.
