Pigs Ear. Cloudy gold beer. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Light lemony citrus and a dry finish. That’s about it.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Melon and soapy notes. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are malt, fruits, light bitter hops and some caramel. Nice and crisp clean.

The official Odense sunny Thursday evening in June monster tasting event. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with a touch of citrus hops, and a yeasty off-note. Dryish hoppy flavour with a strong yeasty note
