IN BEER WE TRUST

Our quest is to create great beer for the City of Chelmsford and beyond. Through great beer comes friendship and a sense of community. We want to generate more of this in Chelmsford, to create pride in our City and to put it on the map.

All our beer is brewed, conditioned, canned and labelled by hand at our brewery in Chelmsford. We are influenced by the music and art we love, which will be reflected in our branding and design.

We hope you enjoy drinking our range as much as we’ve enjoyed crafting them. Follow us online to keep up to date with our latest releases and to be a part of our journey.

Достойная тройная ипа, именно классическая а не NE. Есть сладость умеренная, что то типо груши, сладость умеренная с алкоголем. В целом интересно на раз.

CBJ tasting. Thanks to Reubs for the can. Clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream head. Smooth palate, slightly soft and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Slightly funky. Soft floral fruits. Smooth finish. Amusing.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 12th March 2025. Almost impenetrably black with brown foam affording spot lacing. Rich roasty malt aroma. Coffee, bitter chocolate and sour berry notes in-mouth and a lush finish of spiced roastiness. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.

Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Aroma has light fruit and grains. Unattractive clear dull gold. Virtually no head. Medium-heavy bitter. Booze. Watered down resin. Underlying syrupy sweetness. Gains sugariness. Thick. Oily. Kinda syrupy in texture. Sour to flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. So a 10% Cold IPA? Like a less industry extra strong lager, I guess. Has a boozy kick but and pleasing mouthfeel but essentially overpriced tramp juice.
