Can. Adnams, Holkham. A pacific pale, you say? Clear gold. Decent lasting white foam. Looks well, at least. Thereafter itโs just pointless. Thin flavourless fizzy crap. The blurb is laughable.

Can picked up at the Adnams shop in Holt. Thereโs some tie-in or something, according to the chap serving in there. Dunno. This is pretty pedestrian overall. Not too clean and barely a whiff of hop. Drinkable. Just.

1/11/2025. Can at the ITFC beer share. From Adnams store, Woodbridge. Clear pale gold pour. Aroma is sweet, grainy, citrus, grassy, touch veggie. Quite sweet with light to moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Tinny finish. Fair.

Cask at the Radcliffe Arms in Hitchin during an evening with a good friend. We ended up doing 4 alongside a very good wood fired pizza and as well as a good catch up we arranged to see Al Murray in the New Year.

Poor. Very sweet. Small glass in the Jolly Sailor, La Rochelle, the only English bar alongside the harbour, it was empty, should have given me a clue. The next day, Saturday, it was closed.

Can at home picked up from the adnams shop Southwold, brewery tick only. A dull pale gold coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is green, stale cereal, spicy notes, stale bread, cheap lager vibes. Flavour is composed of light tangy, pale grains, cereal, chalky, green cereal,. Palate us thin grains, cereal, highish carbonation, light tang. Not sure what exactly the point of this beverage is. Dull AF. Seltzer water with vague hop flavour.
