Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal with light dry hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of light hoppty citrusy notes with some cereal notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is average with OK carbonation. More akin to a pale athan an IPA.

Can: Poured a pale copper color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of bitter and citrusy hops notes. Taste is amix of citrus hops notes with some clearly noticeable bitterness and light grainy malt notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable old school IPA.

Pours pale yellow into a stein. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet maple smoked bacon aromas. Crisp with bacon and smoke front to back. Lasting earthy wood smoke finish. Nice.

Pours a dark near-black brown from a can, light colored head. Coffee and faint cola in the nose, no bourbony notes. Flavor starts off rather sweet, malty, ends with long bitterness, perhaps some faint rye. Pretty good beer.

Canned 12/13/21, drunk 1/12/22. Medium hazy, bronze-canary. White head is small, receding to ring. Oh wow, this is lovely and a nice change of pace. Papaya and melon with lemon and light biscuit. Interesting herbs and random, eccentric citrus notes. Soft and malty, lots of rich texture with light resin, lemon, mango and lots of...hmmm...blandness? Maybe the wheat comes off too strong here? Or maybe the more lighthearted hop notes have faded, leaving too much resin. Half-way through the can and it's very bitter and thick, with pine and lemon rind lingering. I appreciate that they're trying to not just buy in to the straight up cookie-cutter NEIPA and are straddling the line here, but it doesn't do it for me. Just feels more like a really thickly textured West Coast. Fine, if that's your thing.

16 oz. can. Aroma is citrus and pineapple. Flavors aforementioned fruit with a little bit of an astringent bitterness in the finish. Maybe just a hint of juice. Sorry but this is pretty ordinary IPA at this point.

16oz can. Deep mahogany brown amber body, big off-white head. Deep malt tones, caramel richness with a gingery spice edge. Big cardamon tone after awhile. Unique.
