Bottle from Daily Delis, Amsterdam. Vintage 2022. Hazy ochre, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of fermenting plum, apricot, starfruit, lime, grape, cheese, leather, barnyard. Taste has very sour plum, apricot & gooseberry; funky leather notes of a sour cream-like malt base. Tart yellow fruits, plum and woody tannins in the finish. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Fruity and refreshing.

On tap at the Cyclic Beer Farm taproom. A golden beer, clear, small fine head. Aroma is fruity and estery, cider, peach, citrus. Medium body. Flavour is sweet and sour, light acidity balanced by a light and clean malt sweetness. Complex ester profile, again cidery and fruity, especially citrus notes are prominent. Finishes sweet with a lot of peach and cider crispness. Lovely stuff, I'd love to have this on a hot summer day.

Bottle. Hazy orange golden with fizzy very short lasting head. Sour lemon, dry wheat, it smells like lemo balm but it doesn't taste like it, soft white wine vinegar, peach, sweat. Quite sour, light sweet. Solid medium bodied. Interesting beer, but not their best and a bit rough.

Hapu, viinamarjane, peerune, happeline, nats magus, õunane. Ok, umbes sama mis eelmine kord.

Bottle. Slight hazy golden straw. A lot of Rosemary, wheat, lactic sourness, sage, orange, tangerine, light white cheese. Over medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Crisp medium body. Quite nice!

Small white head, fast gone over big-bubbled, fully clear pale golden beer. Lactic acid & mild citrus, bit farmyard, smells fresh & invigorating. Light but strengthening acidity; again a mix of lactic & citrus, and an earthy, spicy background; sour apples. Ideal thirstquencher, very light acidburn, just enough carbonation. This is special, but never having tasted black lime before, also difficult to estimate the influence this spice had on the beer. Anyway, it's great. Txs to Stef!
