47,3cl can from Alko, Helsinki. Pours very dark mahogany, close to black, with a beige head. Roasty and quite hoppy aroma with licorice, dark fruits, pine, some citrus and hints of herbs. Moderate to medium sweet with a quite pleasant mixture of hoppy and roasty flavours and a balanced bitterness. Easy to drink, well integrated alcohol and certainly enjoyable.

Purchased at Finch Kitchen in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a snowy Sunday afternoon while watching football. Appearance is a dark golden ruby with a large frothy white head. Aroma is very nice, grapefruit and orange peel notes, smell is very nice. Taste is also very nice, the bartender @ Finch Kitchen told me this is much better in can, I didn’t try on tap, but it’s very good from can. Will have again!

Enjoyed on tap at Finch Kitchen in Chicago, IL. Appearance is dark amber brown with thin white head. Aroma is malty, not too much going on. Taste is also on the malty side, decent though, light spice. Sad to see this place go!

Enjoyed on tap at Finch Kitchen (for the last time) in Chicago, IL. Appearance is lightly dark gold with a small white head. Aroma of apricot, peach, lemon. Taste is lemony and hoppy and overall pretty good. Tis a shame that this place wont be around anymore for me to walk to.
