Bottle pour at The Cider House - Borough Market, pours a deep dark amber brown. Aroma brings out burnt sugars, toffee apple, and some molasses. Flavour is rich and sugary, with lots of burnt dark sugars, stewed apples, toffee apples, and molasses. Complex and lots of dark sugars. Very good but not a top-tier ice cider.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white halo. Aroma is semi sweet, apple and cinnamon, light bark, apple trunover, straw, mellow funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sweet and tangy apple juice, peppery, bark, mellow funk, bark, slightly bitter finish. Palate is sweet and tangy, to drying finish, moderate carbonation.

Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, sugars, apple pulp, light orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent cider.
