375ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Sparkling, golden colour, white foamy head and aroma of apple, fruit, core, funk. Taste is tangy, appley, fruity, with toffee, caramel notes and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from the Newt. Sparkling, golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity, apple, core. Taste is sweet, ripe appley, fleshy, baked notes, floral, fruity, crisp, with some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet fleshy acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity with tropical hints, caramel, toffee & custard notes, and some bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying fruity tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from the Newt. Clear pale gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, musty, winey notes. Taste is sweet, fruity, appley, gooseberry, white wine, with some tartness and citric acidity. Light to medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is tart, fruity, appley, fleshy, lychee, eldeflower, citrusy with resiny hop bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry citric hopped acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
