375ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Sparkling, golden colour, white foamy head and aroma of apple, fruit, core, funk. Taste is tangy, appley, fruity, with toffee, caramel notes and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, ripe appley, fleshy, baked notes, floral, fruity, crisp, with some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet fleshy acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
