On tap at London Cider House, pours a clear subtle yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle toffee sweetness, crisp apple skins, and a hint of funk. Flavour is gently champagne-like, with crisp apple skins, a hint of funk, and a gentle carbonation to bring everything out. Pleasantly made, finishing dry and lightly spritz. Good.

14/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear dark gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is lightly funky, fruity, peachy, slightly leathery and mucky. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, a little watery, soft carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Quite liked it.
