33 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy orange with a small white head. Dense peachy and mild citrusy hops aroma. I get som simcoe-like note. Light sweet fruity hoppy flavoured with a nice emitting peachy note. Subdued sweetness into a slowly increasing dry finish with a persisting fruity touch. Ends dry and fruity. Crisp IPA.

33 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy orange with a small white head. Dry malty and slight wooden to a minor metallic note in the aroma. Solid alcohol presence and mild spiced to dry flavoured. Bitter and yet fruity too. Medium dry into the far finish. Does display and nice fruity flavour and multiple layers of calvados flavours.

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown to black with a bubbly tan head. Wineous and fruity aroma, very pleasant and inviting. Mild sourness shining through. Smooth and soft mouthfeel. Sweet and distinct fruity initial flavour. Light brett touch following. Good blend between the bourgogne wine fruity notes and the podge beers notes of malt, chocolate and yeast. Mild fruity flavoured into the finish. Light wooden note.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Mild acetone and vague chemical aroma, distinct wooden note. Dry malty and acidic with a light winegrape note. Mild acidic and slight acetone touch. Stays on the light sweet and mild fruity site without going Rodenbach like sour. Ends slight acidic and fruity.

33 cL bottle. Who ever thought ginger in beer is a good thing? Pours clear and golden orange with a fully gone head. Ginger and cardemomme aroma. Citric and ginger dense flavoured. Mild bitter and slight acidic flavoured. Spiced and malty flavoured into the finish. I cannot pinpoint anything wrong with this - apart from ginger :)

Small rim over gold-amber ber, very slight haze. Grapey hops nose, bit dusty. Oily hops, resiny, no exaggerated bitterness, Bit of citrus(peel) retronasal especially. Slick, oily feel, but ends a bit flat. Fairly good, if not terribly exciting "Belgian IPA"; bitterness held in check in favour of aroma, which is positive.

Short-lived off-white head over fully hazy brown beer with foxy-amber highlights. Vanilla, bitter almonds, very estery nose. Sweet, with slightly burned malts and chocolate, a bit of brandy, alcohol & fusels. Bitter orange peel & dark fruit flavours. Pretty balanced for such a massive ale. Very well-bodied, velvety MF, alcoholburn. Bit sweet, very powerful, but VERY un-stoutlike, actually.

Good dark, off-white head, creamy, over well-carbonated, amber-orange beer. Alcohol and fusels, vanilla, even to the impression of ice cream, and fresh, new oak. Vanilla, fresh greenery, enhanced by very obvious carbonation. Fruity finish, with strawberry, apples, raspberry and more vanilla - anything but grapes, it seems. Quite OK body for the ABV, on the verge of overcarbonated, which is kind of strange for a B-A beer. Nice, drinkable.

Bottle 33cl.Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light lgiht heavy malty, caramel, spicy, star anis, black berries, wood, oak, brown sugar, raisin and prune notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081214]
