0.75l bottle, huge thanks FIl for sharing with us. Amber body, clear. Pleasant apple notes, juicy, good amount of wood in the aroma. Lean, bit too dried out woody taste, bit tannic. Good, lighter apple profile, mildly funky perhaps, soft body though. Very nice overall - wish I got to try it fresh!

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers! Aroma of white grape, pink lady apples, slight funk and hints of crisp dry wine. Dry white wine comes through on the taste with a bit of a kick afterwards. Very good.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo via Ed. Cheers! Aroma is of apple, red grape and cherry gummy sweets. Taste is much the same with a drying spicy aftertaste. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Astor Wines. Goblet @home. Cloudy, muddled gold. Skimmed, lacey. Boozy grape essence. Apple pommace junk. So strong. Ugly fermentation, apple/oj/sweet corn/grapes, citrus rind, floral, wax. Super yeasty. No amount of seller sleep would have helped here. Creamy, acidic, some tart, some plastic, too yeasty, too boozy. The sulfites really hurt. Ugh. Saving half the bottle & coming back. Edit: Second visit was drier, sharper, just as citrusy. Waxy, grape nose. Still very yeasty, plastic-y, & the odd funk was unsettling. 2.5 ->2.9

Bottle from Astor Wines. Pricey new country tick. Rounded pint glass @home. Light amber with a slight rosy hue; opaque(I need a new word). Intentionally still. Smell is sharp apples, ever slightly gamey, hard water, melon & floral grape skins. Restrained wild apples, musky, typical barnyard, slight sourness, light vinegar, watermelon, gum, odd vanilla as it finishes up on a half tart note. Sidra inspired. Not too reliant on the grape skins as it's not super tannic. Sulfite heavy. Mostly dry, plenty acidic, thin, strong for the abv, difficult to drink too much of(or is it just boring?). There's some menthol after I stop drinking. Okay, but not for the price. 7,94€ before the importers take their cut.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a golden with a white whisper head. Aroma is apples, vinous, grape, perfume. Taste is apple, tannins, grapes, tart but subsides.

750ml bottle from Le Social. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling, orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, grape, woody hint. Taste is fleshy apple, grapey, with some drying earthy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
