Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers GB! Aroma is green apples, tart and slightly woody. A bit weak on the finish, it is very dry but not a lot of the original aroma is coming through.

Draft @ Square and Compass. Sipped outside alongside one of their fantastic homemade cornish pasties. Hazed deep yellow appearance. Musty sweet nose, continuing to form a musty sweet character to taste whilst remaining quite dry and coarse with a defined tang. Decent scrumpy.

9/5/2021. Taster courtesy of minutemat, cheers! Pours almost clear golden with minimal head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, apple skin, flowers, citrus and woody herbal horsey notes. Moderate sweetness and light bitter/tart. Moderate body, low carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Best of the set from this cidery.
