Nice bottle. Golden coloured body with some white head. Malty nose. Flavour is dominated by malty sweetness. Dry end. An ordinary lager (500ml bottle sampled at a drinking session at Elsas in Skibotn 14.07.2006).

Had this one during the brewery tour out of one of the barrels. Beautiful hazy golden color, short head. Aroma and taste of a perfect bohemian pilsener, nicely bitter, complex. Probably the best pilsener i have ever tasted.

On tap (at the pub U Parkanu 60 days old) Hazy, golden coloured, medium-sized firm head; fresh bitter-sweet nose of Bohemian hops (Saazer Roter Mittelfrüh) and buttery malt; creamy mouthfeel, not so malty as the filtered version, but a nearly solid bitter-sweet flavour. Soft, but distinctive bitter-aromatic finish. Extremely well quaffable, well balanced..........Worth a journey, českemú pivu zdar !!!!!!!!!!

Golden and crystal clear color with tiny ring of white foam. Aroma is skunky yeast followed by a tasty malt smell. Flavor is sour yeast and then a mild malt backbone with some bittering hops bringing up the rear of the taste profile. Aftertaste is a bit sour. A really refreshing beer for a hot summer day. 3.6 Re-rate 20210402. six pack pours same. The aroma offers up classic spicy Saaz hop goodness with just a faint warm bready malts. The taste delivers a pleasing degree of spicy lovely Saaz hops that both dries out a bit and becomes a little chewy. The spiciness approaches becoming a tiny bit peppery. It's just slides toward the finish with a friendly balance of mild sweet bready maltiness. 4.2

330ml bottle. Golden coloured. Short lived head. Light floral aroma. Medium bodied. Some hints of hops and malt. More than an average product of its style. Refreshing and a fine partner to fish.

First ratingSample at a beer tasting event at "Pannrummet" in Gothenburg, Sweden.LIght yellow color. Very low scent, malty. Low bitterness and not much taste. VEry easy to drink, still a "clean" pils, but boring. The low score is because of my recent lack of appreciating light lagers, this is well made and a good Czech beer, but just not right for me.5/2/5/3/11=2.6Second rating(33 cl can from Albert, PRague)On July 3, 2008BB 29.10.08Clear golden color, fluffy white head. Sweet malty scent. Malty, dry, bitter though light, taste. Smooth mouthfeel, low to medium bitterness.5/4/5/3/11=2.8Rerate(Draught at some bar in Holosevice, Prague)On June 25, 2008Clear golden color, to amber. Lasting big off-white head. Sweet, malty a bit metalic taste. Medium mouthfeel. Medium crisp bitterness. Sweet malty scent. Very drinkable session beer6/4/7/3/13=3.3RerateDraught at Prague Beer Museum on June 5, 2011Clear straw yellow color, white head. Sweet but thin malty taste, a bit acidic. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Acidic scent. This was one of many beers served when not tasting right from the same place, won’t lower my earlier score since it must’ve been something wrong with the beer.3/3/4/2/7=1.9
