Pours amber gold, medium off white head, medium carbonation. Dusty, strawy, ever so slightly honeyed nose. Crisp, round taste - straw and perfectly balanced bitterness. No wonder this sparked the most popular beer type worldwide.

Bottle, 3.9%. Clear golden colour with a good white head. Fruity aroma. The flavour seems malty at first, but later it tastes more like apple juice and chalk. It is actually quite cidery but with a softer acid than real cider, of course. Chalky finish. Nothing to be proud of.

Can picked up from Globus hypermarket Ceské Budêjovice and consumed at home Monday 29th June 2026, after a simple tea of Broccoli Soup with a Brezen filled with cream cheese and salad. Pours mid gold with a mid sized white head, after the excellent Radler this is a little bit of a setback, that said by non alcoholic beer standards it's not bad, okay there's a slight n/a taint, but mouthfeel is good and there's a little hoppiness, just wish everything was turned up a little. Score 6.3
