Pours a beautiful gold w/medium white head. Always great looking. Too bad it is frequently skunked. But anyway there’s a lot of hop and malt when its not.

On tap at a restaurant somewhere in Prague. Pours clear gold with a large, foamy off-white head. Nose is rather biscuity and malt-forward with some dried grass. Flavour has clean biscuit malts, some damp grass. Far from the best pilsner available here, but still very well done.

Barwa złota, klarowne. Piana średniej grubości, szybko znika. W aromacie wyraźnie chmielowo-słodowe. W smaku dość konkretne, lekko chlebowe.. Wyraźna łodygowa goryczka, trochę długo zalega. Tuje posadzone, można było je w końcu wypić.
Прилетное

Drucken på fat uppe vid Petrin tower. Lätt kropp, mjuk och len, inga stora smaker men drickvänlig och typiska skr tjeckisk. Gott

Tap at Festival klasternich pivovaru. Medium body, medium carbo. Finally one with some actual rauch character present. Med-light beech with hint of oak. Subtle honeyish toasted caramelly maltiness to support it. Quite clean feeling, easy drinking. Very good.

On tap at Na Parkánu. Slightly opaque golden body with an everlasting white head. Aroma of bready malts, grains, slight citruses, yeast and a generous amount of floral hops. I tried it right after the regular Urquell and it was apparent that the difference is not just the presence of the floating yeast, but the hop biterness is a bit more lively in this one. Very nice beer for sure.
