(Draught at restaurace U Sumavy, Prague, 19 July 2023) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, grass, hay and herbal hops. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, grass, hay and a balanced herbal bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty pilsener. Nice one.

(tap to bottle 1l from U Karla (Brno)) Overall: Average czech APA. A bit sweeter but also bitter. Aroma: Fruity sweet hops, light citrusy, light caramel. Appearance: Clear golden. Medium, white head. Taste: Light sweet, light caramel, grassy hops, medium bitter. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

Can 0.5l, two years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- roasted malts, prunes, black cherries, cocoa nibs, wood, cranberries, touch of whiskey, a bit peaty, alcohol, touch of licorice. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, a bit warming, roasted, dark chocolate, coffee, Christmas chocolate bonbons, cherry, strawberry, touch of wood and whiskey, a bit peaty, marshmallows. Full bodied. Great Imperial stout.

Bottled. Black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is caramel, some chocolate, liquorice, berries and mild tosted notes. Flavour is sweet toffee, liquorice, chocolate, dried fruits and some slight bitterness to it as well. Very smooth and highly enjoyable. Very good Stout!

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with a big slightly off-white foamy head. Aroma is honey, tropical fruits, some mild floral and toffee to it. Flavour is fruity, nectary and some slight floral and grassy tones. Quite sweet, even though the bitterness is rather nice.

Bottled. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, sugary, some alcohol, mild tropical fruits as well as some strange sweet notes. Flavour is sweet, alcohol, tropical fruits, nectar, mild glue, quite big on the bitterness and also some slight sugary tones.
