Начав, как любители, с одной контрактной варки, благодаря энтузиазму и желанию развиваться мы дошли до размеров компании, выпустив уже более 200 различных сортов.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Autre petite pépite de ces brasseurs russes, comme quoi, Baltika offre de belles options. Noire, col épais café au lait laissant léger filament doré au verre. Arôme plaisant avec un petit côté barrique ajoutant une touche aigrelette - du Cognac voire du boisé? malt en bonne place axé sur pâle cara et choco. Palais est épais avec de belles notes de chêne français et une pointe aigre venant du bois?, chocolat sur pointe de café. Cognac est bien là avec un résiduel de raisin, le tout a une petite touche de tourbé.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Couleur orangée/rosâtre sur col blanc qui conserve une petite robe rosée. Arôme est agréable, fruité, sur notes rétro de baies - cassis + groseilles avec un fini léger de grains perçant plus en retrait. Palais est léger finement suret, ce qui est correcte pour ce genre de fruits ayant déjà une belle teneur an acidité. Le tout est léger, plaisant pour le début des chaleurs, pas trop pour le froid de Tallinn début avril.

Tap at TCBW. Pours black. Aroma is roast, cocoa, malt, dark chocolate. Flavor is sweet, cocoa, roast, malt. Finish is roast bitter. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: great brew, one of the best beers of the festival.
