Description
We launched in December 2017 as a small team with big ambitions to make beers bursting with flavour. Inspired by the outdoors and our love for adventure, we began to develop a surreal and exciting world to reflect the flavour of our beers. Hops climb mountains, barrels dwell in caves and mischievous fruits roam free.

Can from Beerdome. It really is liquid After Eight mint chocolate. Picking up peppermint, cocoa, lots of vanilla, soft fruity notes, toffee. Flavour is moderate to medium bittersweet, above medium body. No sign of the 11%. Hoped this would be more Black IPA, this is frozen dessert all the way.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Boozy with a complex barrel aroma. Picking up sherry, port, red wine, dried fruits, alcohol, oak, caramel, toffee, raisins. Sweet flavour with a boozy finish. Above medium body. Heavy and boozy. Strange to put such strong a beer in a large can, it packs quite a punch.

From tap at Taphuys Utrecht. Grainy malt with straw, noble hops. A bit sweeter than I prefer, moderate bitter. But a very nice Lager overall.

Can from EeBria, consumed 2 weeks past BBE. Thick black tar like pour but a brief beige head. Aroma of luscious milk chocolate, vanilla, caramel, blackberries. Taste has a reasonable balance between roast bitterness and sweet vanilla/lactose. Quite chocolaty with spice and citric edged hops. Full bodied, fine carbonation. Its a good offering.

Growler from lowcostbeer.com. Light clouded gold with small white foam with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fairly clean deep lager malts and hops giving off a bit of peach, gooseberry and flora. Taste of pale malts with that slight dank matured edge with hops that have a fruity yet herbal bitter edge. Slick near medium body with a light herbal dryness. It tastes strong and warming. I don't think lagers are good at hiding alcohol at all even one with some reasonable hopping but in some ways that's a good thing. Overall its decent. #3774 #100 Greater Manchester

440ml can from lowcostbeer.com, 7 days past BBE. Bright hazy gold, small white head which settles to a modest top. Aroma of lactose, vanilla, strawberry, orange; quite nice an no hint of the strength. Taste is very much like the aroma suggests, smooth, fruity, creamy with a moderate bitter tanginess in the finish, slight alcohol warmth on the way down but very easy to drink.
