4 oz. draft sample at Hayseed. Appearance is a orange / Amber color. Aroma has lots of caramel, light earthy and pine hints. Flavor is the same with the addition of mild citrus. Body shows a medium mouthfeel, not overly sweet but really a tad much in the caramel department.

4 oz. draft sample at Hayseed. Dark ruby / brown color without any head. Aroma of dried apples, yeast, toffee, earthy soil. Flavor follows with a sturdy malt base, light yeast presence. Texture is lightly sticky with a medium body. Overall, as it should be pretty true to style.

Bottle shared in MV. Pours mostly clear dull red with a small, fizzy white head. Nice tart raspberries in he nose, a little wood, soft funk. Light-medium sweet flavour with mild acidity, some lemon, more tart raspberry, light seedy bitterness. Wmisum bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with mellow dryness, modest boozy warmth, some ripening raspberry, more seeds, very slight vanilla. Fun stuff.

Pour is a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is a peach and pear with a decent mustiness. Flavor is very fruit forward with white grape and peach and pear. Very fruit forward with a decent mustiness. Not a huge brett but this has plenty of barnyard cobwebs. I don’t think this is 9.1%, the bottle does not say but it may be scratched off, this drink more like a 5%. Very fruity and grape must forward, this is plenty flavorful.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, nutty. Walnut and earthy. Dry malty. Nutty and sweet malty finish.

On tap at Hayseed Slightly hazy deep yellow with a small but fleeting head. Bits of alcohol pine earth and citrus in the nose and in the flavor. Light hints of diacetyl turn me off from this one.

Refrigerated 375 ml brown bottle poured into a glass. Black with small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is chocolate and a little rye.
