Purchased this bottle at 7 Eleven, Kittery, ME. Aroma of strong whiskey and light vinegar, oak. Flavor has kind of an abrasive whiskey, funky oak, oak tannins, maybe a slight bourbon vanilla note. A lot of funky oak and whiskey with some moderate amounts of malt backbone. I am on the fence if I really like this brew. It is interesting and I do like the creativity but would not buy it again. Maybe a little more time sitting would have helped marry the flavors together. After all, how many 10 % "saison’s" do you drink?

Pear and peach nose, thyme. Cloudy orange, thick yellow, little retention. Peach, clove, thyme. Unusually light body, easy carbonation. Not at all what I expected, but still good.

Charcoal, barnyard, and mulberry nose. Black, thick unrelenting beige head, decent lacing. Charred oak, mulberry, burned toast. Faint tobacco and creme brulee finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Char bitterness. Not much farmhouse character, but that’s fine. This is more of a porter, but a good one once it is allowed to warm to room temperature.

Refrigerated 16 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear orange with small white head. Aroma is acidic cherry, light body, light sprtlitzy carbonation, and light medium lacing. Taste is acidic, a little cherry, and tart finish.

Wet dog smell. Hazy yellow, medium fizzy head that quickly disappears. Tart lemon, subdued peach finish. Light body, easy carbonation that seems harsher because of the tartness. No alcohol noticed. Really tasty, but I didn’t like the smell at all. Smoked malt did not show.

Bottle while watching zootopia with the kid. Airy white head over cloudy golden base. Nose is citrus and Brett. Tastes of lots of tropical fruits, orange rind, sourdough bread, Brett, lemons, some barnyard. Little funk on finish. Smooth fruity beer that’s pretty tasty.

Pours a hazy reddish orange from a can, pink head with tiny bubbles quickly dissipating. Very effervescent. Aroma is of blueberry, feet and graham cracker. Flavor is blueberry, feet, guava, and whoever said meringue was quite right. Tart and refreshing, a bit of the beaten path with the flavor combos. Very good beer.
