Description

0.5 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, best before December 2017. Hazy, dark brownish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, moderately yeasty-spicy aroma of overripe banana, cloves, nuts and hints of cinnamon. Slightly sweetish, malty, moderately yeasty-spicy and a little roasty taste of overripe banana, cloves, nuts, toasted bread and hints of chocolate, followed by a short, minimally bitter, moderately yeasty-spicy, slightly roasty and a little sourish finish. Almost medium-bodied, very effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite nice, well-drinkable, not very sophisticated though.

Brown with little white head. Aroma is some banana, chalk, clove, lots of yeasts, little alcohol. Taste is a little chalk, lots of yeasts and alcoholic bitterness. Not full body. Thin and a little sparkly rough on the tongue. Ok, but not great.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123 so far as I remember. A darkest red brown, nearly black in the glass, with a mighty beige head. Yeast and wheat on the nose, little bit fruity. Taste has some yeast, low but present banana and chewing gum, malt in the second rwo. Hints of sulfur in the background. Dry to the end. Nice frankonian stuff.

Bottle. Copper/brown with a tinge of Orange. Muddy. Looks like a dirty Dunkelweizen. Great head. Aroma of bananas and yeast. Taste is bananas, citrus fruits, yeast. A little spicyness. Not as thick and heavy as some other Hefeweizen. Delicious and sessionable. Good one.
