Bottle picked up from a local Getrankemarkt and consumed at home Tuesday 17th February 2026 listening to FM4 and cooking Spinokopita and also Greek Potatoes, it's been a day of snow, snow and more snow. Pours warm gold edging towards amber with a large frothy white head, some grainy notes, wheatiness and yeah that's about it for the nose. Refreshing but not really offering up much, that said it's inoffensive and I had two of these sat chatting with Patrick on a Monday afternoon. Score 6.0

Backlog May 2009. Reddish brown body under a dense beige head. Aroma has caramel malt and fruity banana, slightly acidic. Taste is a bit sweet & sour, but more on the sweeter side than sour. Malt, caramel and banana. Medium body with a bit short aftertaste.

0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before December 2025. Slightly hazy, very dark brown with a large, dense, stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit roasty aroma of caramel, cocoa, toasted nuts, overripe banana and some clove. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly roasty taste of caramel, cocoa, toasted nuts, overripe banana, marzipan and some clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Good Dunkelweizen, quite rich, pleasant mouthfeel.

Bottle shared for Sjogro's birthday. Clear dark brown with beige head. Sweet marzipan, chocolate, dough, bread crust, banana, rye bread. Over medium sweet, light bitter and very light sour. Slick medium body.

Again a 0,5 l bottle out of Erzengel´s archives. BB 02.10.2023. Murky flat dark yellow golden with a small white head. Some orange and yeast on the nose. Taste has low banana, orange and yeast. Pale grain. But not a lot. Below average carbonated. Okay due to the age.

Bottle from Orterer. Cloudy orange amber, fluffy lacing offwhite head. Worty fruity aroma. Medium light spritzy body, light grain, honey toast, banana, oranges, wort residual sugary sweetness in the finish. Sweet, but easy drinkable.

Запах банановый со специями, есть немного патоки при этом, намека на легкие специи. Цвет темно карамельный, пенка есть но небольшая. Вкус на удивление очень питкий и сбаласнированный, как будто обычная пшеничка а не бок. Есть бананчик, но без особых дрожжей. При этом легкие специи и снова намеки на карамльку и ассоциации с патокой. При глотке карбонизация сбалансированная. В целом хорошо.
