Bottle. Straw amber, light Haze, creamy head. Grain dominated nose with hints of citrus. Flavor is really good for a non-alcoholic beer, with nice lemony citrus notes balancing the grainy taste. High marks for a non-alcoholic!

24/9/2019. Bottle at Mercure Hotel, Munich. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a creamy white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, watermelon, pineapple, passion fruit, orange, malt and light pine. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Slight dry finish. Quite different to no.4, enjoyed it more.

24/9/2019. Bottle at Mercure Hotel, Munich. Pours mid brown with a deep amber tint and an average size off-white head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, caramel, hops, fruit and veg. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Slightly odd tang to this one, only one of the 5 Tilmans beers I’ve had on this trip that I’ve not especially enjoyed.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks zvikar. Slightly hazy yellow, white head. Grains, hay, citric and grassy hops, sweetish, a bit bready, crisp bitterish finish. Light to medium-bodied. Not bad.

23/9/2019. Bottle at the Mercure Hotel, Munich. Poured clear golden with an average size white head. Aroma of sweet malt, citrus, caramel, hops, grass, vanilla and creme caramel. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, average to soft carbonation. Very nice example. The bar here had nothing of interest but next to the reception desk was a single fridge with mainly soft drinks but also 5 different Tilman beers - this is the third I’ve tried and the standard is very good, well above average for style. Great find!

Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with just a hint of sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Pretty decent.

Aroma of citrus, sweet malt, sweet dried pineapple, orange blossom, grapefruit and flowers. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Nice bitterness developed to compliment the sweetness. A very good pilsner.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grapefruit, milky yeast, bready, a bit grassy. Taste is the same, quite juicy. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!
