50cl bottle. A slightly hazy yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of grainy and breadish malt, banana and mild citrusy hops. Taste of mild citrusy bitter hops, grainy and moderate sweet wheat malt, bread. Okay!

Flascherl: Golden, hazy, small and stable white foamy layer, distinctive dryish flowery and grapefruity nose, rare traces of pale malt underneath; solid dryish bitter flavour, with some sweet spots, light bodied and a bit harsh; lingering grapefruity and flowery finish, pale malt well hidden. Good, but to become real great, it needs a malty counterpart...

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is pineapple, a touch caramel. Taste is pineapple, mango, a touch piney, caramel malts, yeast. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Still a bit dry, but less dusty than numbers 1-4 - the best of the 5 so far!

Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is a touch buttery, nice juicy hops. Taste is cereals, nice hops, fruity sweetness from the hops, just a touch unfermented wort in the back. Oily mouthfeel with rather high carbonation. Good for what it is!

Bottle bought in Leipzig. Fruity fresh tropical nose. The beer starts deep fresh. easy to drink with a nice bitterness in the end. The tropical fruits are there, orange and lemon fruitiness as well, nice pine and hints of resin in the back. Fruity sessionable.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierhandwerk', best before August 2019. A bit hazy, golden with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, fruity-floral and slightly grassy aroma of lychee, pineapple and fresh grass. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, fairly grassy, fruity-floral taste of fresh grass, lemon peel, some lychee and a touch of grains, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nicely crisp and refreshing Pils!

Tap at Frisches Bier. Hazy amber color with eggshell head. Aroma is pineapple, citrus, herbs, a bit buttery, moreish yeast, all the good stuff we are used to from Tilmans Helle (and which, imho, did not always come through in recent batches). Taste is lightly buttery, a bit more caramely malts, pineapple, herbal. Silky mouthfeel with medium, but comparably high, carbonation. Tasty!
