Desperate tick purchase like a year ago. Luggage trip & long sleep in the fridge. No date stamp because, who cares? Fruit is probably from Washington.
Pint glass at home while cooking dinner.
Vibrant, filtered, amber gold pour. Tall, soapy, whitewashed head.
Sticky sweet, oxidized toffee, cooked down pear juice, powdered preservatives, boozy, buttery nose.
Off-dry leaning sweet. Bittersharp apple core, floral pear brandy, vanilla creme, menthol, industrial malt booze, dried tropical fruit, white wine sangria.
Boozy as fuck. Thin, medium low carb, some tartness, medium acid, very medicinal.
Not fun. Alcohol delivery system. No wonder Gen Z isn't drinking.

On-tap, working down the list & I spot something unholy. Light amber, clear, foamy pour. Chem-y berry soda & vanillan nose. Apple soda, vanilla float, mellow, not too much sugar, bit of chem, light malic acid, light veg. Low to medium carb, foamy. Nostalgic, but that's it.

Plastic cup at the OG Dallas location in the Bishop district. Slightly hazy, dull, frothy, apple-pineapple juice pour. Expected it to look gray-ish because of the pea. Lemon, slightly herbal, grassy, pleasant nose. Tart lemon, bittersweet apple leaning sweet-tart. Faint green tea, but too much citrus to enjoy it. Dusty, earthy, sulfites landing. Good. Way more effort than usual here.

Plastic cup @Bishop OG. Mostly clear, gunky/oily white head. Nose is heavy confectionary & berry. Bit too much. Marshmallow creme fluff & tart blackberry jam. Sweet-tart dessert apples, malic acid. Bit of a headache. Not terrible, just bad idea.

On tap @Bishop OG in Dallas. Murky pineapple pour. Soapy, lemon-lime nose. Delicious tropical booze fest. Tart, pineapple, coconut, orange, lime, faint cherry-apple. Lingering coconut oil & apple tartness. Feels like cider back sweetened with fresh juices. Solid cocktail. Iffy cider. Drank it all though.

Clear, vibrant, classy gold pour at The Thirsty Growler. Syrupy, brown sugar, malic acid, clove & odd herbals. Taste is mellow, macerated brown apples, weirdly phenolic with a forced, malic acid bite. Bad.

Slim can from Lone Star Bev. Tulip back at the bnb. Orange-yellow honey gold, a bit hazy & spritzy. Strong lemon & botanical nose. No ingredients on the label to judge. Seven-up, honey-laced fresh cider, gin, lemon oil. All super potent, like I should be serving this over crushed ice. It actually loses a lot of it's fizz once poured & becomes a bit syrupy like flat soda. Obviously, it has plenty of acid & comes off boozier than it should. I don't hate it, but the cocktail theme is too strong with this one.
