Tap. Hazy dark orange color with white head. Aroma is bananas, some toffee, spicy, but also milky yeasts. Taste is yeasty, bananas, toffee, also a bit maroni. Rather spicy, mineralic finish, medium carbonation, silky mouthfeel. A bit too milky, it might be too young, but it has all the right flavours in there. 7-4-7-3-14Tap, at later occasions. Serving conditions have improved over the years. This is an undeniably good Weizen that is maybe just a touch too milky.

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, gold to orange colored. AROMA- malty, lightly fruity, cumin. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, almost no bitter, malty, cumin, lightly fruity and honey. Medium bodied.
Very odd beer, not really bad, but not good example of IPA.

Tap in August 2016. Orange color with big white head. Aroma is slightly yeasty, grainy, grassy, bready. Taste is the same, grainy and bready, even a bit nutty. Rather high carbonation. Not bad! 6-3-7-3-13Tap in August 2017. Much hoppier, with lots of grassiness, still retaining balance. Good one! 7-4-7-3-14Tap in December 2017: Again hoppier than I remember, with more fruity hops and just the right amount of Zwickel sulphur flavours, and a fruity clean finish. Best one I've had so far, seems like they're tweaking recipes quite a bit. 7-4-7-4-15Holzfass. Very hoppy, very grassy, again with a touch nuts. Silkier mouthfeel than usual. Excellent! 8-4-7-4-16

Rerate from tap. Cloudy orange, white cream. Fresh noble hop aroma (Hersbrucker?), medium light mellow body. Chewy straw and cracker malt, broad classic fresh hops. Really nice and quaffable. 5 3 7 3 12 Tap. Dusty, light sulphuric hops. Cloudy, light grey orange, offwhite lace. Light fruity, bitterhop/grassy, bitter orange, dusty finish. Tiny bit lifeless today

May ’15. On tap at the brewpub. It poured a clear golden body with medium sized head. Decent honey and alcohol aroma. Sweetish malty flavor, honey, bread, light wood. No hops felt, but pleasant anyway. Medium to full in body. Alcohol was quite felt, although not overwhelming. Moderately long, sweet malty finish with now touch of some paper/earthy hops. A quite nice bock and probably the best of the three brews they had.
