33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a little dense white head. Slight citric and malty aroma. Citric and slight wheaty/spelt flavour. Ends mellow wheaty with a long lasting wheat-like/spelt flavour.

Small white head. Hazy yellow body with carbonation. Grainy, milky, rubbery aroma with spicy, herbal notes. Dry straw taste with herbal, rubbery notes. Residual sweetness is also noticeable. Soft, milky mouthfeel. Dry earthy herbal aftertaste. Interesting, and very different. The powerful herbal character that runs through the whole beer certainly sets it apart. One of the better alcohol-free beers I’ve had, and probably the only hazy one. (0.33l bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger.)

Big white head. Cloudy opaque yellow body. Aroma of earthy pea hops and paper. Has the Lammsbräu signature aroma. Watery milky papery taste, very mild. Acidic faintly hoppy rubbery aftertaste. Decent, and some flaws. (0.5l bottle from Centra.)

330 ml green bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Like all Neumarkter Lammsbräu beers, it is organic. Pale golden colour with a slight chill haze, moderate head. Strong sweetish aroma of wort and cooked vegetables, also some flowery aromatic hops with hints of honey. The flavour is quite sweet and malty, with some hints of over-boiled vegetables and maize baby porridge, but better than many other n/a beers. There are also some moderate hops around. Acceptable, if you have to drive.

This is for the Winter Festbier, which I assume is the same beer. Light amber color, cracked wheat, toasted malt nose with bit of wininess and chocolate. Mouth is smooth and malty with lots of toasted notes. Nice

Bottle from a supermarket in Munich. Cloudy yellow with a big white head. Subdued aromas of clove and yeast. Flavour of bananas and citrus with a grainy finish. Ok.

500 ml bottle, bought at ULTRA Stadionparken, Stavanger. Like all Neumarkter Lammsbräu beers it is organic ("õkologisch"). Cloudy straw coloured beer, large white head. The aroma has the standard n/a "boiled" notes (over-boiled vegetables, grit or porridge) The flavour has some of the same notes, but is fairly bland. Some weak citrussy notes make the beer tolerably refeshing when cold. If you MUST have a n/a beer, this one is not the worst of its kind, but it is not a beer you’ll want to go to for great taste.

500ml bottle picked up at Centra, Majorstuen, Oslo. Organic beer that got a malt-grainy smell. Nice clear amber body under a dense, white head, long-lived. Rounded flavour of grain and fresh bread with a caramel support. Clean tasting. Medium palate (16.07.2007).

Bottle. Perfumy hop tea aroma, like the hoppiness of fresh wort. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour has a little sweet hops, quite fruity. Late bready finish, thin and watery. No bitterness to speak of. Strange and not very beery, but drinkable.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light touch of caramel, while the flavor is sweet and quite clean, leading to a dry bitter finish.
