(Bottle) Brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, slightly roasty nose with brown bread, treacle-toffee, raisins, a touch of chocolate and spices. Malty, toasty taste with notes of chocolate, dark bread, treacle-toffee, roasted hazelnuts, bread spices and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Harmonious and tasty dunkel. Nice one.

Crisp and refreshing. Nice natural grapefruit flavour. Light bread and distribute hoppy bitterness. More than decent Radler.

Bottle from Brecht at home. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of wort, cardboard and malt. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Nothing too bad but really not much going on here.

Neumarkter Lammsbräu Geburtstagsbier 20 Jahre Bio Hotels, Flasche von BioCompany, Berlin. - Dunkelgoldgelb, klar; schöner weißer Schaum. - In der Nase feines helles Malz mit Anklängen an Vanillekipferln und blasse herbale Herbe. - Antrunk satt gerstig-hellmalzig mit blasser aber eleganter herbaler Herbe mit zartem mediterranem Touch, Orangeat, Anis. Äußerst dezente Anklänge an Honig und Vanille. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang leichte, ein wenig trockene Herbe. - Mildes doch sehr elegantes Helles, gediegen malzig und äußerst gediegen gehopft. Ein Bier für Genießer, ohne die aufdringliche Knalligkeit mancher Craft-Biere. (25.5.2021.)

500 ml bottle. Cloudy brown with a big fluffy head. Dark honey, caramel, NA notes, buckwheat, yeast, citrus, rye bread, pumpernickel. Mild dryness, NA sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry sweet finish. Quite interesting and complex, however a bit too sweet.
