Pour is a cloudy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is grains of paradise with some white pepper. Flavor is more spicy white pepper with some herbal bay leaf and coriander. Finish has a little lavender. Pretty good all over the place saison.

Half pour at the brewery. Appearance lightly hazy pale yellow (urine) with light sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong tart lemon, fruit and funk. Taste leans more to the sweet side of fruit over tart wood and funk. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength and a nice balance of strong fruit and funk. Well crafted!

Half pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with light sparkle and viscosity, thin cap of beige head fading quickly to a ring and trace lacing. Aroma is strong earthy roasted malt. Taste is as aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good representative of the style with good strength.

Pour is a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma is grainy malt with a nice fruity hop. Flavor is more grainy malt and again a surprising hoppyness to this beer. A crispy boy for sure but also a nice fruity hop to this.
