Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, deep copper with a frothy, lacing and off-white head with excellent retention. Rustic, grainy malt aroma with some toffee and floral malts. Rich, malty body with plenty of caramel but the sweetness is well balanced by a solid hop finish. Well done. 190726

500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, bready, pale malty and minimally caramel malty aroma, some spelt, a touch of toffee. Taste is moderately bitter hoppy, slightly grainy, bready, pale malty and minimally sweet-ish, caramel malty, hints of toffee, some spelt.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, prickly to lively carbonation.
Rather simple, relatively hoppy - OK.

500 ml bottle, bb 15.07.26. Clear golden body, with a big, fluffy, white head.
Aroma of cereals, hay, grass, earth, bread, some spicy hops, slight citrus, subtle yeast juiciness. Tastes quite similar, with more spicy hops and citrus.
Slightly creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes moderately bitter, cerealic, hoppy, grassy, a bit mineralic.
My bottle isn't that fresh anymore, but this is still very quaffable stuff! Greatly balanced and very characterful at the same time, with quite some complexity. Beautiful spicy hop notes and that typical slightly juicy yeast that comes through more as the beer warms up a bit.

Thanks omhper! Golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and some mild sweet malty tones. Flavour is grassy, herbal and some sweet malty and a bit white bready tones. Easy going.

Thanks omhper! Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is toasted, some biscuity and grainy tones with mild wood as well. Flavour is wooden, herbal and some sweet malty tones in a gentle combination followed by a nice floral element to it. Very nice drinkability!
