Description
The Knoblach inn has been in Schammelsdorf since 1880 and it has been brewing there for about this long. Today Michael Knoblach is the resident master brewer. The Knoblachs are deeply rooted in their homeland and maintain good contact with regional suppliers and farmers. They attach great importance to preserving and actively promoting the diversity of the Bamberg region. For this purpose, the raw materials are, as far as possible, bought exclusively from the region. This not only has the advantage of boosting the domestic economy, but is also reflected in the quality. The ingredients couldn't be fresher.

Murky dark brown with a big fluffy head. Toffee, roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, dried figs and dates, rustic basement notes. Dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, rustic malty bittersweet finish. A great rustic Fest-Dunkel, very Franconian, superly balanced and tasty!
