Heavily hazy, muted brass-maize. Small, white head.
Juicy and spicy with a bit of berry and no real allium from the Mosaic. Soft, blanding/balancing malts/oats.
Juicy, zippy, with great malt and chewy oat. Clean and with appropriate bitterness. Light blueberry and spicy herbal notes lingering.

Light toast and cereal with pine and grapefruit from the straightforward Centennial addition. Clean, malty.
Lighter bodied, creamy, some stewed hop and a bit of grapefruit. Not too toasty but that old school stewed hop character is off-putting to me. Well-balanced.

Dark, viscous. Bit of bubbles in the edge.
Rich, elegant, yet mellow bourbon is tastefully-done. Lots of spice, light cherry and vanilla tones. Rich malts but not too sweet nor any booze. Very aromatic, clean and polished.

4 oz. pour on tap at the brewery. Murky dark brown w/ring of head & trace lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon. Taste is strong bourbon/whiskey, dark fruit. Smooth texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste. Bourbon barrel is less smooth bourbon and more mildly harsh whiskey.

4 oz. pour on tap at the brewery. Cloudy dark yellow w/thin ring of head, nice lacing. Aroma strong grapefruit, citrus, pineapple rind. Taste is strong pineapple, lemon citrus over grapefruit. Smooth, frothy texture, thin body soft carbonation and finish as taste. Very good but not getting the oats in aroma, flavor or palate.

Pour is a clear amber with a large white head. Aroma is toasted malt but also a bit of metal. Flavor is sweet caramel malt but also more of the metal I got in the aroma. This was not a stellar beer.
