The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Murky light brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have sour raisins. A kind of sweet and sour mix. Seems like a sweet, earthy spice is in there too. Tea?

Bottle shared at CBJ - cheers to Fergus. Pours unclear red with a small, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with a lot of woody dryness, seedy berries. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry finish, tart, quenching.

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Hazed orangey gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of wood barrel, fruit, oaky, funk. Taste is sour, tart, pale malt, with fruity notes, grape, apricot hint, citrus rind, woody, oak, barrel, funk, with some light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sour funky finish. Nicely drinkable.
