Bottle shared at the CBJ BIG BOOSTY XMAS tasting, thanks to LKS, 13/12/23. Moderately hazed orange amber topped with an off white head. Nose is tarte fruit rinds, dried apricots, funk, damp oak. Taste comprises sharp berry fruits, herb, hedgerow, perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering edge and balanced acidic rise. Okay sour if a touch restrained.

Taste comprises bitter lemon, green berry must, damp vanilla oak, funk, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light acidic flicker. Okay.

Taste comprises funk, hedgerow, soured plums, straw, light acidic bimble. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte drying close. Decent enough sour but no wow.
