Can 330ml @ gunnfryd. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, oak and caramel. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, oak, caramel, dark chocolate and cookie dough finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

T: full malty base, grapefruits, peach, orange, pine, passion fruits, nice balanced long lasting harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, very nice for the style, enjoyed for sure.

From tap @ brewery. Head is medium, tanned, good retention. Colour is black, opaque. Aroma is rich dark malts, chocolate, cocoa, wood, vinous, plums, caramel, dark berries. Taste is full malty base, chocolate, coffee, dark berries, vinous, coffee, light oily mouthfeel, nice balanced harmonic bitterness yet more on the sweet side, fully enjoyed.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Ha una nota finale amarognola. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e frutto della passione.
