Description

We brouwen ons bier volgens de slogan "Beer for Thought".

Bottle shared at kermis' chop suey extravaganza. Courtesy of kermis! Unclear amber with white head. Sour grain, bready, berries, lemon. Light sweet and moderate sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Nice infection, works quite well.

Bottle at kermis' Asian food festival. Hazy orange golden with small off white head. Sour red berries, caramel, light lactic, soft grass, peach, bready malts. Under medium sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied. Not a weizenbock at all, and it's sour too. Maybe not as intended but it's quite enjoyable.

Hazy, milky, dense peach colour with a very thin off-white head. Great aroma, tons of peaches, clementines, mango, papaya, passion fruit, a bit of caramelized onions, dank pot. I am loving this! Not completely lacking in bitterness and with a bit of a hop burn in the finish. Medium body and carbonation and a very hoppy finish. Finally a great Dutch NE-style IPA.
