Description
We chose the name Odd Breed for our brewery because the yeast and bacteria we use are not the typical microbes used in a brewery for fermentation. In a world of industrialized and mainstream beer, most other brewers would consider our brewery and process to be a bit odd.
We think that being different is a good thing, and in a crowded market where most breweries are emulating whatever they think is popular or trendy, we have purposefully chosen to create our own path, as we strive to produce the types of beers we like most.

Bottle shared by Beerlando: Poured a coppery with white head. Aroma is tart fruit, vinous. Taste was sour tart fruity grape berries and soft finish.

Hella impressive wild lager, I dunno what I expected but this knocked it out of the park, finish is slightly overly tart but some time should do it a solid, nose and front and finish are all sweet lager angelcot juice.

Bottle pours with a clear mahogany colored body that supports really no head at all. The aroma offers up some molasses, plum and then some a faint sense of muted wood. The taste delivers a smooth soft blend of spicy boozy rye whiskey and the sour to mild tartness. To midway it picks up a bit of molasses drizzled plums to help bring this to closure. This is quite nice and the smoothest and balanced of the three sampled.

Bottle pours with a clear mahogany colored body that supports really no head at all. The aroma offers up some molasses, plum and then molasses nuanced sweet red wine. The taste delivers a fair amount of tartness from a red wine sort of note and moving into a nice sour fruit sensation. To midway, under the sourness, a blend of sweet malts and molasses provide a pleasing beer experience. Fun beer with an interesting play between sour and sweeter flavors.

Bottle pours with a clear mahogany colored body that supports really no head at all. The aroma offers up some molasses, plum and then some vanilla and oak. The taste delivers a fair degree of sour fruit infused in and around a modest sweet vanilla oak sensation leading to a bit of boozy spicy rye whiskey. In the background murmurs a sliver of sweet malts and molasses. This is nice with a pleasing balance.
