Established in 2015
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

Panda at home, thanks to Sir Kenneth of Essex, 28/10/24. Clear golden with an off white crown that thins to a edgework and a swirl. Nose is pink berry sherbets, hay bale, balsa wood, guava. Taste comprises guava, cactus, lactic tang, lychee, damp wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering spike. Tidy enough refresher.

Panda at home, thanks to Sir Kenneth of Essex, 28/10/24. Light cherry red with a faded crimson cap that dissipates to the edge. Nose is cocoa powder, cherry tobacco, hay bale, lactic tang, vanilla essence. Taste comprises cherry stones, chocolate shavings, lactic spike, bitter sweet notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering edge. Fun enough 'Linner but I'd like a little more sharpness/acidity injected into this one.

Taste comprises coconut shavings, strawberry chews, lemon rind, herb, lactic tang, grass, cactus. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with a balanced puckering bite. Not bad.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Craft Beer Junction. Pours clear, pale green with a slight, fading white foam topping. For my sins, I enjoy it. Light to medium sweet flavour with pleasant tartness, a little lemon, maybe lime, mild salinity, low acidity. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pleasant finish, decent balance, a little citric tang, vague fruity notes. Drinks fine.

Taster at the City Works in Disney Springs. Hazy, bright, orange color, with a small, foamy, white head. The aroma is orange, vanilla, pineapple, cinnamon, and lemon. Sweet and sugary, and a little tart. Light, syrupy, and quite acidic. Fun and tasty enough.
