Keg at CBJ. Opaque dark brown beer, small dark tan head. Smooth and decidedly viscous palate, good fine carbonation. Rich dark chocolate malts, touch of coffee. A vague marshmallow sweetness. Mild nuts. Fair bit of spice on the smooth viscous finish. The aftertaste is more dark chocolate malts and a little ice cream van chocolate syrup. Decadent and drinkable.

Taste comprises chocolate, peanut, booze tunes, molasses, toffee fudge, dark malts.
Full bodied, oily mouthfeel, semi drying close with a warming boost of alcohol.
Solid kit.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. Intense marshmallows in this one, kinda covering everything else, even the peanut has trouble coming through. Also it is intensely sweet, cloying even. Lacking balance and nuance. Still good, but not great.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. One of the highlights of the festival, if nothing else, then because of its innovative character. I can not remember any other hazelnut - berry- sour combo beer in my drinking history and it was a surprisingly refreshing combo too. Well made, excellent.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. Really intense, with lots of various nutty flavours, but also pretty strong alcoholic impression, slightly crossing the line of what is pleasant. Still a very good beer, just not great.

Аромат очень сильный, есть много шоколадных ноток, также ореховая паста сильная, уже меньше нуги и темных фруктов. Цвет темный, очень маслянистое тело, пенка тонкая, кофейная. Вкус яркий, уже шоколад полностью на первом плане а орехов меньше стало с нугой, ванили немного. Есть какие то алкогольные виски нотки от бочки, они как мне кажеться немного лишние. Но а так, очень сильное пиво. Очень многоликое по вкусу.

Аромат непонятный и невнятный, вроде и сладкий, но не выразительный, немного джема с ягодами. Цвет бледно ягодный. Вкус по большей части ореховый, но не сладкий почти, снова ягоды и джем, но как будто расбавленно все водой. непонятно и просто слабо.
