Draft at brewery. Light milky pour and sudsy head. Nose is melon and honey. Tastes of honeydew, grass, lemon, honey, thistle. Tingly palate. Fun.

Can. Color: Very hazy yellow golden, white head. Aroma: Hobby, orange, subtle lemon. Taste: Resinous, hoppy, moderate bitter, fruity lime and orange, spicy hints. Just over medium body, average carbonation. Nice.

16oz can pours a hazy, pale yellow with a big cap of white head. Interesting nose, perfume, herbs, honey, flowers, some light tropicals. Flavor has simple grist but also starchy, flowers, light melon, light pineapple. Finishes pillowy, easy drinker.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 01/07/22. Black with a big ole tan head that stays for the show. Nose is dark chocolate, roast malts, spice, charr, toffee. Taste comprises cocoa powder, molasses, spice, brown sugars, burnt toffee, dried fruit rinds. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a gentle kiss of booze. Decent.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A opaque black brown coloured pour with a huge creamy tan head. Aroma is woody hazelnut, nutty, vanilla, mellow roast,. Earthy roast. Flavour is composed of semi sweet z nutty hazelnut spread, vanilla, toasted chocolate, oily. Palate is semi sweet, frorhy airy carbonation, oily finish.
