Bottle shared at home. Clear pale golden. Weird weedy smell at first. Sweet grapes, green apples, Muscat grapes, dry green apple peel, a bit floral, kiwi, alcohol, soft sugar, honey even. Just medium sweet, very light sour. Almost full bodied. Soft boost, solid medium dry.

Svært lys gul klar med hvitt skum. Lukter epler og noe smør. Middels fylde. Fruktig og syrlig. Smaker grønt eple og noe sitrusbitterhet. Middels lang.

750 ml bottle, from the cidery, shared by my son. ABV is 7.5%. Sparkling, clear first, hazy when the lees are poured. Aroma and flavour of apples and oak, semi dry. Pleasant to drink.

330 ml can shared by my son, from the cidery. ABV is 4.7%. Pale golden colour, small white head. Aroma of the Aroma apple variety. Semi-dry (or semi-sweet, if you like) flavour of Aroma apples, a hint of sulphites.

Shared 330 ml cans at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal, Stavanger. "Grocery store strength" cider, made of the versatile Karin Schneider apple variety. Pleasant aroma and flavour of said apples. Some residual sweetness. Easy drinking.

Superfin cideraften på Mi2 med besøk av Apal og OmCider, med totalt 11 av deres produkter (alle fra 0,7 eller 0,33 flasker), krydret av særdeles hyggelige og informative samtaler: klar lys gylden med litt skum og perlende munnfølelse. Lett syrlig eplesmak med høy ff (forfriskningsfaktor).

Can, from trade with Bryne. A quite tasteful and refreshing one, but a bit thin all the way, due to the low ABV I assume. Fresh apple, some perfumed, herbal hints and a touch of generic citrus zest. Definitely not a fighting cider, but I like it. 646313 260118
