330 ml. bottle sampled @ Bierfestival Brugge 2016.Thank you for sharing people! Dark red amber with off-white dash tanned mocha head. Nose is dull overripe red fruits, sugar, syrup, herbs, bland dull herbs, boring basic sweetness & a small hint of molasses. Taste is dull overripe fruits, herbs, molasses, leaves, overly fizzy rubbish herbs, bland fizzy syrupy dark fruits. Overly fizzy body. Unnecessary at best, dull, bland, fizzy simple etc. otherwise. I wish the best of luck to these people but I fail to see the added value of this beer, at best this another nameless beer out of so many similar ones.

At BBF, dubbel commissioned by a new beer company, brewed at Gulden Spoor. Regular, dense, yellowish white head, cloudy bronze robe with ochre hue. Aroma of burnt toast, dried tree leaves, walnut, prune stones and dried plum, dried banana, white pepper. Sweetish and sourish, bit estery, fruity onset, fluffy mouthfeel, caramelly and nutty malts with bitterish toasted edge, quite dry especially in the finish, with an earthy, leafy hop bitterishness. Well balanced and quenching.

Good medium yellow-cream head over red-brown, hazy beer. Coriander, human sweat, dark malts, weyish. Same as in the nose, with a marked roasted breadcrust flavour - Mailliard? Medium bodied, quite slick, slightly burning MF. Not very distinctive.

Little hazy red rusty brown beer, creamy beige to yellow head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, dried fruits, spicy, some yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, pretty soapy, sourish touch, spicy, somewhat bitter. Aftertaste: more soapy bitterness, lemony touch, floral notes, hint of caramel, citric acidity, soft roast, some chocolate shining through.
