Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear gold with small white head. Soft funk and tartness, slightly subdued more medium body character, but quite nice nonetheless.

Cloudy, sour, a bit sweet. Lemony citrus, rhubarb, some dry wood. Fairly low acidity. Nice.

(Poured from a bag-in-a-box, at One Pint Pub, 20240618) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tartness, fruitiness, wood and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness wood, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and lightly bitter. A nice sweetish lambic.

Draught Small white rim over still, peach-golden beer. Peach, stonefruit, mineral, farmyard, horseblanket. Sharpish, mineral, sulphur, wheat/grains in the background; lemon. Light if nowhere empty, slick, feels better carbonated than it looks, but to call it 'sparkling'... Again, interesting.

Draught Just a white ring over clear, yellow-ochre beer. Sulphur, burnt rubber, tarr, bit leather, horseblanket. Sour-ish, lots of lactic acid, hints at malonic, lemon, and again leather, mineral... but not hoppy? Then, after some time in the finish, the grapey notes of Simcoe appear, I pari réussi /I, and gradually increasing to determine the character of the beer. Good! (OK; better).

Draught Small white rim over still, orangey ochre beer. Lactic acid, lemon, limepeel, farmyard, field flowers, pipewood. Lightly sharper notes, but even more pipe - tobacco, speculaas herbs, cherrywood for pipe (I know, I've smoked from it). Quite slick, light carbonation, light body. Original, and again very likeable.

Draught No head whatsoever over still beer, looking as peach juice. Grapes, lactic acid, faraway horseblanket & farmyard, immortelles. Dry flavour, earthy, sherry, hint at rosehips, lactic acid, finish is a bit metallic/mineral, but in a very agreable way. Light, no carbonation. Excellent variant this one, great!

Hazy, thin head. Really woody, leather, with a deep fruit note, red currant sort of wine. Light dry hay kind of thing. Light body, good complexity. I’m digging this, especially the way the wine rounds out the lambic.
