Nose is damp grass, grains, funk, lemon rind, green berry stones, damp straw. Taste comprises green berry must, gentle acidic lick, light honey trickle, grass, herb, damp oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light tangy balanced acidic tickle. Solid flavoursome farmhouse saison.

Taste is clean and dry with a lemon rind bitterness. Hint of sweetness on the lips. Refreshing and bright with lively foamy carbonation. Clean finish with some tart funky notes. Smashed it. Great logger.
