On tap at 12 Kings, pours a hazy dull blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out gentle apple acidity and sweet apples. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle acidity, moderate sweetness, and a touch of funkiness. Nothing overly complex, but it works.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of apple core, with crisp apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of apple core dominating and some green apple skins. Too much apple core and little depth. Meh.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a hazy pale blonde, almost no head. Aroma brings out medium funk, with low-level acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of medium funk, light acidity and a touch of apple core. Complex and wonderfully balanced. Good stuff.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a hazy pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderate funk, with light acidic apples. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium funk, light acidic apples and some wild yeast. Bone dry and oaky. This is very nice.
