Description
Our current kit can produce up to 20 brewer’s barrels, depending on the beer and how heavily hopped it is. We have 10 fermentation vessels, with the most recent additions being oversized to allow double brews of our more popular beers. Having started as a one-man operation, the business has slowly expanded to the current team of eight as demand, production, brew house and premises size have increased.

We put a premium on quality and consistency, which means monitoring the beer at every stage of the brewing process and beyond. Much of our equipment, i.e. our keg washing & filling machine and our bottling machine, were chosen with this in mind.

568ml can bought at Magnum Wine Shop and drunk at home. Golden amber and hazy with a quickly dissipating light beige head. Aroma of tangerine peel and big resinous malts. Sweetctaste, still very malt-led with citrus and stone fruit hops. A hint of mango. Light bitterness in the finish with a juicy aftertaste. My God this is good.

ZZ Top's highest charting album in their own country is not their biggest selling. This session tropical fruit brew with a good citrus base might sell a few too, easy and flavoursome.

Old rating from 15-02-16 - A unusual 568ml bottle. Pours a very hazy orange colour with a off white head. Aromas of citrus & pine. Tastes strongly of citrus, as well as pine & spice. Aftertaste is quite smooth citrus hopped. Overall a very nice proper pint in full size, glad I've got a second!
