Description
Our current kit can produce up to 20 brewer’s barrels, depending on the beer and how heavily hopped it is. We have 10 fermentation vessels, with the most recent additions being oversized to allow double brews of our more popular beers. Having started as a one-man operation, the business has slowly expanded to the current team of eight as demand, production, brew house and premises size have increased.

We put a premium on quality and consistency, which means monitoring the beer at every stage of the brewing process and beyond. Much of our equipment, i.e. our keg washing & filling machine and our bottling machine, were chosen with this in mind.

On tap at Fuggles Cafe Tonbridge. Black beer lasting tan head. Big intense dark chocolate aroma. It's more my kinda impy stout. Straight up solid dark chocolate flavour. Some espresso coffee flavour. Some dryness on finish. No heat. Yep pretty good. I liked it. Like chocolate moose in liquid alcohol form. Tasty.

On tap at Fuggles Cafe Tonbridge. Pink red slight haze. Lasting pink head. Light raspberry aroma. Some sourness. In the mouth it's not overly sour. Some sour finish. The raspberry comes through on the flavour. It's light as in not overly sweet and intense. I mean it's definitely raspberry just a light lemon raspberry than a ripe juicy raspberry. I like it . It's a little kettle sour. But the fruit is lovely.

Old Review from 08/05/2014. A bottle brought in Corks of Cotham, Bristol on my recent road trip. Poured into a Liberation Ale pint glass. Web site description- A well balanced premium best bitter combination of English pale & German Munich malts and all American hops for a fresh citrus character. My experience is of an aroma that is big on caramel, fruity with herbal hops coming through. Flavour is of fruity hops, medium bitterness, and some sweet malt notes, mostly caramel. A perfectly balanced beer, one that I'll go out of my way to buy again.
