22 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Nose smells like this is too old, with cardboard, resinous hops, and caramel malt. Flavour reveals resinous hops, caramel malt and light oxidation. Would be nice to try this fresher, but as is, it's decent.

Hazy amberish-brown. No head. Woody, chewy aroma. Big chewy hops, some sweet malts - actually a nice sweetness, it's just the hops that seem stale. Alcohol is muted. I think this isn't at its freshest, and if it was, you have to think it would be better.

Draft. Slightly hazy amber beer with a cream head. Light tropical fruit and light citrus aroma. Tropical fruit and light melon flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Tropical fruit and light malt linger with light melon and citrus.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out woody piney hops and roasted malt in good harmony. Flavour is robust, with lots of woody piney hops and robust roasted malt. Excellent hop punch interminglign with the roasted malt. Very good.

On tap at Churchill, San Marcos. Hazy golden with a small white head. Really hoppy with citrus, some malt and hints of onion. The finish was very bitter.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. ABV is the "standard" 7%. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is rather juicy citrus - maybe even some grapefruit. Approaching full bodied. It is somewhat juicy and has a lot of citrus - arguably even grapefruit zest. Despite some juiciness it seem dry, and it's definitely hoppy and bitter. Very good to drink.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours dark ruddy copper (using the iPhone light as illumination) with near white head. Aroma is fruity for me. Deep inhale gets something like walnut. Med body at least. It’s rather heavy and smooth. Slick even. Flavor is walnutty and pale stone fruits. Not getting chocolate, which I do not like in browns. Browns aren’t my fave for sure, but I really, really like this one. Good drink. Very flavorful considering the ABV.

Can from Beercraft. Medium golden, small foamy head subsides to skin. Light grainy, fruity aroma. Taste approaches like a lager, and then brings in enough hops to raise this to an APA. Damn smooth. Mildly sweet. Extremely drinkable.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy dark brown with a large foamy/creamy dark tan head. Aroma of dark treacle and chocolate. Not quite full bodied, IMHO. Flavor is earthy dark chocolate and dark treacly malt. Not getting coffee - but chocolate is strong enough to cover such. Heat is not bothersome. Throw in graham crackers and we got s'mores. Tasty ale indeed.
